The portal collects and presents digital collections of Croatian cultural heritage. The aim of the portal is to present Croatian heritage to the public and for the benefit of future generations through web technology.
The collections presented on the portal are situated in the heritage institutions on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. They are organised by counties. They can be accessed through the clickable map or through the listings by counties.

The Croatian Cultural Heritage project is a national project for the digitisation of archival, library and museum material. It is intended to encourage the creation of new digital contents, improve its accessibility and visibility, and promote a systematic and even approach to the digitisation of holdings in cultural institutions.
